    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the sale of liquid fuels; requiring
    3         the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to
    4         inspect certain gasoline pumps on at least an annual
    5         basis; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Department of Agriculture and Consumer
   10  Services shall inspect all gasoline pumps used for the retail
   11  sale of gasoline in this state on at least an annual basis.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
