       The Committee on Agriculture (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 187 - 189
    4  and insert:
    5  projects for inclusion in the list of alternative water supply
    6  projects. If such users propose a project to be listed as an
    7  alternative water supply project,
