       Senator Richter moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 3877 and 3878
    4  insert:
    5         Section 87. A health care provider who contracts with a
    6  contractor to deliver health care services as an agent of the
    7  contractor pursuant to s. 766.1115, Florida Statutes, continues
    8  to be an agent for purposes of s. 768.28(9) for 30 days after a
    9  determination of ineligibility to allow uninterrupted treatment
   10  of a patient while the patient transitions to another health
   11  care provider.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 361
   16  and insert:
   17         development; providing for an agency relationship
   18         between certain health care providers and contractors
   19         for a specified duration after a determination of
   20         ineligibility; providing an effective date.
