    5  insert:
    6         Section 76. Section 465.1903, Florida Statutes, is created
    7  to read:
    8         465.1903OPPAGA report.—The Office of Program Policy
    9  Analysis and Government Accountability is directed to conduct an
   10  analysis that examines pharmacy fraud and audit practice and
   11  submit a report to the Legislature on the findings of the
   12  analysis on or before December 1, 2013. The report must contain
   13  an analysis that includes a survey of different approaches taken
   14  in other states to address options for audit regulation and
   15  auditing practices, including frequency and notice of audits and
   16  recoupments based on scrivener’s errors, of third-party payors.
