       The Committee on Appropriations (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1090 and 1091
    4  insert:
    5         Section 23. For the 2014-2015 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $35,745 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated to the Department
    7  of Law Enforcement from the Operating Trust Fund for contracted
    8  services and operating capital outlay related to sealed criminal
    9  history records. To support this appropriation, funds in this
   10  amount shall be transferred from the Division of Licensing Trust
   11  Fund of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to
   12  the Operating Trust Fund of the Department of Law Enforcement.

   16         Delete line 121
   17         and insert:
   18         F.S.; conforming cross-references; providing an
   19         appropriation; providing effective
