       (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 48 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         a. Effective January 1, 2015, the additional rate shall be
    6  1.0 percent.
    7         b. Effective January 1, 2016, the additional rate shall be
    8  1.5 percent.
    9         c. Effective January 1, 2017, the additional rate shall be
   10  1.75 percent.
