       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (264486) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 42
    5  and insert:
    6  proposals from March 31, 2014, through May 31, 2015.
    7  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary,
    8  Tallahassee Community College may offer a baccalaureate degree
    9  program in nursing if the program is approved by the State Board
   10  of Education by May 31, 2015, pursuant to s. 1007.33.
