       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 361 and 362
    4  insert:
    5         (i) A municipality may be an applicant or beneficiary under
    6  this section only to obtain reimbursement for ad valorem taxes
    7  it paid as the result of owning a professional motorsports
    8  complex and only if the municipality:
    9         1. Owns a professional motorsports complex that contains at
   10  least 45,000 seats as of January 1, 2014, and that has regional
   11  economic impact; and
   12         2. Has paid ad valorem taxes for at least the preceding 5
   13  years.
