       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1195 - 1203
    4  and insert:
    5  and guidelines of one or more nationally recognized
    6  accreditation organizations or federally regulated networks
    7  determined by the agency to possess reasonable expertise in
    8  organ procurement if such guidelines are consistent with the
    9  requirements of ss. 765.541-765.546. the United Network for
   10  Organ Sharing (UNOS), the American Association of Tissue Banks
   11  (AATB), the South-Eastern Organ Procurement Foundation (SEOPF),
   12  the North American Transplant Coordinators Organization (NATCO),
   13  and the Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA). In addition, the
   14  agency shall, before adopting these standards and guidelines,
   15  seek input from all procurement organizations based in this
   16  state.
