    4  and insert:
    5  resuscitation pursuant to such an order and rules adopted by the
    6  agency.
    7         Delete line 1124
    8  and insert:
    9  pursuant to such an order and rules adopted by the department.
   10         Delete lines 1140 - 1141
   11  and insert:
   12  cardiopulmonary resuscitation pursuant to such an order and
   13  applicable rules.
