       (Montford) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) There is shall be a 30-day supply limit for
    6  prescription card purchases and a 90-day supply limit for retail
    7  and mail order or mail order prescription drug purchases for
    8  maintenance drugs. Reimbursement shall be equal for
    9  prescriptions fulfilled by retail and mail order The Department
   10  of Management Services may implement a 90-day supply limit
   11  program for certain maintenance drugs as determined by the
   12  department at retail pharmacies participating in the program if
   13  the department determines it to be in the best financial
   14  interest of the state.
   15         (c) The current pharmacy dispensing fee remains in effect.
