       The Committee on Appropriations (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1125 and 1126
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. Subsection (3) of section 322.141, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         322.141 Color or markings of certain licenses or
    8  identification cards.—
    9         (3) All licenses for the operation of motor vehicles or
   10  identification cards originally issued or reissued by the
   11  department to persons who are designated as sexual predators
   12  under s. 775.21, or subject to registration as sexual offenders
   13  under s. 943.0435 or s. 944.607, or who have a similar
   14  designation or are subject to a similar registration under the
   15  laws of another jurisdiction, shall have on the front of the
   16  license or identification card the following:
   17         (a) For a person designated as a sexual predator under s.
   18  775.21 or who has a similar designation under the laws of
   19  another jurisdiction, the marking “SEXUAL PREDATOR.” “775.21,
   20  F.S.”
   21         (b) For a person subject to registration as a sexual
   22  offender under s. 943.0435 or s. 944.607 or subject to a similar
   23  registration under the laws of another jurisdiction, the marking
   24  “SEXUAL OFFENDER.” “943.0435, F.S.”

   27  And the title is amended as follows:
   28         Delete line 112
   29  and insert:
   30         the tax collector; amending s. 322.141, F.S.; revising
   31         requirements for special markings on driver licenses
   32         and state identification cards for persons designated
   33         as sexual predators or subject to registration as
   34         sexual offenders to include persons so designated or
   35         subject to registration under the laws of another
   36         jurisdiction; amending s. 322.15, F.S.;
