       The Committee on Appropriations (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1895 and 1896
    4  insert:
    5         Section 33. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor
    6  Vehicles is appropriated the nonrecurring sum of $100,000 from
    7  the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund. These funds shall be
    8  used for expenditures incurred to issue or reissue a driver
    9  license with the marking “SEXUAL OFFENDER” on the front of the
   10  license to persons designated and required to register as a
   11  sexual predator in accordance with this act.
