       The Committee on Appropriations (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (316646) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 15 - 27
    5  and insert:
    6  municipality must post such signage used to notify the public
    7  which meets must meet the specifications for uniform signals and
    8  devices adopted by the Department of Transportation pursuant to
    9  s. 316.0745; which displays visible, prominent letters stating
   10  “Photo Enforced; and which is in a position visible to
   11  approaching traffic over the intersection and parallel to the
   12  red light signal. Such signage must be installed on or before
   13  November 30, 2014. The traffic infraction detector company shall
   14  be responsible for any costs associated with the manufacture and
   15  installation of the signs specified in this paragraph.
