    5         Section 2. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (2) of
    6  section 627.711, Florida Statutes, and subsection (9) is added
    7  to that section, to read:
    8         627.711 Notice of premium discounts for hurricane loss
    9  mitigation; uniform mitigation verification inspection form.—

   11         (c) An authorized mitigation inspector may not offer or
   12  deliver any compensation, inducement, or reward to an insurance
   13  broker or insurance agent for the referral of the owner of the
   14  inspected property to the inspector or the inspection company.
