       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 152 and 153
    4  insert:
    5         (85) TEAM HAMMY LICENSE PLATES.—
    6         (a) Notwithstanding s. 45, chapter 2008-176, Laws of
    7  Florida, as amended by s. 21, chapter 2010-223, Laws of Florida,
    8  and s. 320.08053(1), the department shall develop a Team Hammy
    9  license plate as provided in this section. The word “Florida”
   10  must appear at the top of the plate, and the words “Team Hammy”
   11  must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   12         (b) The department shall retain all annual use fees from
   13  the sale of such plates until all startup costs for developing
   14  and issuing the plates have been recovered. Thereafter, the
   15  license plate annual use fees shall be distributed to Team
   16  Hammy, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation, which may use up
   17  to 10 percent of such fees for administrative costs and
   18  marketing of the plate. The balance of the fees shall be used by
   19  Team Hammy, Inc., to grant wishes to families living with
   20  amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), provide continuing
   21  education to caretakers and physicians, and create awareness of
   22  ALS in the community.
