       The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 63 and 64
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Section 466.00673, Florida Statutes, is amended
    6  to read:
    7         466.00673 Repeal of a health access dental license.
    8  Effective January 1, 2020 2015, ss. 466.0067-466.00673 are
    9  repealed unless reenacted by the Legislature. Any health access
   10  dental license issued before January 1, 2020 2015, shall remain
   11  valid according to ss. 466.0067-466.00673, without effect from
   12  repeal.

   15  And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 2 - 16
   17  and insert:
   18         An act relating to access to health care for the
   19         underserved; amending s. 766.1115, F.S.; revising a
   20         definition; requiring a contract with a governmental
   21         contractor for health care services to include a
   22         provision for a health care provider licensed under
   23         ch. 466, F.S., as an agent of the governmental
   24         contractor, to allow a patient or a parent or guardian
   25         of the patient to voluntarily contribute a fee to
   26         cover costs of dental laboratory work related to the
   27         services provided to the patient without forfeiting
   28         sovereign immunity; prohibiting the contribution from
   29         exceeding the actual amount of the dental laboratory
   30         charges; providing that the contribution complies with
   31         the requirements of s. 766.1115, F.S.; amending s.
   32         466.00673, F.S.; extending the future repeal of
   33         provisions authorizing the health access dental
   34         license; providing an effective date.
