       The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 324 - 338
    4  and insert:
    5         (f) Request participation in the program pursuant to
    6  paragraph (3)(b).
    7         (g) Affirm that the student remains in good standing with
    8  the provider or school if those options are selected by the
    9  parent.
   10         (h) Apply for admission of his or her child if the private
   11  school option is selected by the parent.
   12         (i) Annually renew participation in the program.
   13         (j) Be responsible for the payment of all eligible expenses
   14  in excess of the amount of the personal learning scholarship
   15  account.
   16         (k) Affirm that the parent will not transfer any college
   17  savings funds to another beneficiary.
   18         (l) Affirm that the parent will not take possession of any
   19  funding provided by the state for the Florida Personal Learning
   20  Scholarship Accounts.
