House . . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Senator Bullard moved the following: 1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (454806) 2 3 Between lines 120 and 121 4 insert: 5 6 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, beginning with the 7 2014-2015 school year and thereafter, a student whose household 8 income is $100,000 or less is eligible for full funding under 9 the program. A student whose household income is more than 10 $100,000 but less than $200,000 is eligible for half of the 11 funding under the program. A student whose household income is 12 $200,000 or more is not eligible for funding under the program. 13 A portion of the administrative funding for the program must be 14 used to staff people at schools who must educate parents on the 15 availability of the program.
