       Senator Bullard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1096 - 1100
    4  and insert:
    5  Any and all Information and documentation provided to the
    6  Department of Education and the Auditor General relating to the
    7  identity of a taxpayer that provides an eligible contribution
    8  under this section are subject to s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a),
    9  Art. I of the State Constitution shall remain confidential at
   10  all times in accordance with s. 213.053.

   14         Delete line 86
   15  and insert:
   16         with an operational audit; providing that specified
   17         information relating to a taxpayer’s identity is
   18         subject to public records requirements; requiring a
