    3         Delete lines 222 - 239
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Provide for an appropriate assessment that documents
    6  the student’s demonstration of educational progress at a level
    7  commensurate with her or his ability, in accordance with the
    8  requirements for the academic program selected by the parent who
    9  enrolls the student in a private school pursuant to paragraph
   10  (2)(f), a home education program pursuant to s. 1002.41, or a
   11  scholarship program pursuant to s. 1002.39 or s. 1002.395.
