       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (356190) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 606 and 607
    5  insert:
    6  Section 14. For the 2014-15 fiscal year, funding for the Florida
    7  Springs and Aquifer Protection Act is provided in Specific
    8  Appropriations 1645 and 1390 in Senate Bill 2500, House Bill
    9  5001, or similar legislation becoming law. Funding and
   10  implementation of this act for subsequent fiscal years shall be
   11  determined annually by the Legislature and provided in the
   12  General Appropriations Act.
