       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 700 and 701
    4  insert:
    5         Section 15. Section 331.371, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         331.371 Strategic space infrastructure investment.—In
    8  consultation with Space Florida, the Department of
    9  Transportation may fund strategic spaceport launch support
   10  facilities investment projects, as defined in s. 331.303, at up
   11  to 100 percent of the project’s cost if:
   12         (1) Important access and on-spaceport and commercial launch
   13  facility capacity improvements are provided;
   14         (2) Capital improvements that strategically position the
   15  state to maximize opportunities in international trade are
   16  achieved;
   17         (3) Goals of an integrated intermodal transportation system
   18  for the state are achieved; and
   19         (4) Feasibility and availability of matching funds through
   20  federal, local, or private partners are demonstrated.

   25  and insert:
