    4  and insert:
    5         receive a grade. The department shall develop a district
    6  report card that includes the district grade; the information
    7  required under s. 1008.345(5); measures of the district’s
    8  progress in closing the achievement gap between higher
    9  performing student subgroups and lower-performing student
   10  subgroups; measures of the district’s progress in demonstrating
   11  Learning Gains of its highest-performing students; measures of
   12  the district’s success in improving student attendance; the
   13  district’s grade-level promotion of students scoring achievement
   14  levels 1 and 2 on statewide, standardized English Language Arts
   15  and mathematics assessments; and measures of the district’s
   16  performance in preparing students for the transition from
   17  elementary to middle school, middle to high school, and high
   18  school to postsecondary institutions and careers.
