       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 287 and 288
    4  insert:
    5         (q) To refer the parent, whenever a delay or disability of
    6  the child is suspected, to a local child developmental screening
    7  program, such as Child Find services through the Florida
    8  Diagnostic and Learning Resources System, for screening of the
    9  child.
