    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (915192)

    3         Delete line 886
    4  and insert:
    5  violence as defined in s. 741.28. If the perpetrator of domestic
    6  violence is not the parent, guardian, or legal custodian of the
    7  child, the child protective investigator shall seek issuance of
    8  an injunction authorized by s. 39.504 to implement a safety plan
    9  for the perpetrator and impose any other conditions to protect
