       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 912 and 913
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. The board of governors of Citizens Property
    6  Insurance Corporation shall develop a plan to establish a
    7  sinkhole stabilization repair program to ensure the repair and
    8  remediation of sinkhole damage to homes and shall submit such
    9  plan to the Financial Services Commission by October 1, 2014,
   10  for review, modification, and approval. Upon the commission’s
   11  approval, the board shall implement the plan by March 31, 2015.
   12  Effective March 31, 2015, any claim against a corporation policy
   13  that covers residential sinkhole loss and for which it is
   14  determined that a covered sinkhole loss has occurred must be
   15  included in and governed by the repair program for the purpose
   16  of making stabilization repairs.

   21  insert:

   26         sinkhole loss by a certain date;
