    5         Section 1. Subsection (4) of section 316.2397, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         316.2397 Certain lights prohibited; exceptions.—
    8         (4) Road or street maintenance equipment, road or street
    9  maintenance vehicles, road service vehicles, refuse collection
   10  vehicles, petroleum tankers, and mail carrier vehicles may show
   11  or display amber lights when in operation or a hazard exists. A
   12  commercial motor vehicle or trailer designed to transport
   13  unprocessed logs or pulpwood may show or display an amber light
   14  affixed to the rearmost point of the vehicle or trailer.
