    8         (84) TEAM HAMMY LICENSE PLATES.—
    9         (a) Notwithstanding s. 45, chapter 2008-176, Laws of
   10  Florida, as amended by s. 21, chapter 2010-223, Laws of Florida,
   11  and s. 320.08053(1), the department shall develop a Team Hammy
   12  license plate as provided in this section. The word “Florida”
   13  must appear at the top of the plate, and the words “Team Hammy”
   14  must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   15  (b) The department shall retain all annual use fees from the
   16  sale of such plates until all startup costs for developing and
   17  issuing the plates have been recovered. Thereafter, the license
   18  plate annual use fees shall be distributed to Team Hammy, Inc.,
   19  a Florida nonprofit corporation, which may use up to 10 percent
   20  of such fees for administrative costs and marketing of the
   21  plate. The balance of the fees shall be used by Team Hammy,
   22  Inc., to grant wishes to families living with amyotrophic
   23  lateral sclerosis (ALS), provide continuing education to
   24  caretakers and physicians, and create awareness of ALS in the
   25  community.
