                         Revenue Fund to the Department of State for the 
Spec App: 3146A          Miami Women's Club Renovations. Decreases the 
                         Economic Development Tools funding in the Department 
                         of Economic Opportunity by the same amount of 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds.
