Appropriation 197, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 197, $750,000 from the Medical 
Care Trust Fund is provided as an enhancement to the standard Medicaid 
air ambulance transport fee, to be equally distributed among all claims 
for service provided by December 31, 2014.
