       (Grimsley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 263 - 270
    4  and insert:
    5  nursing home beds approved from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2017,
    6  equals or exceeds 3,750. As used in this section, the term
    7  “batching cycle” means the grouping for comparative review of
    8  certificate-of-need applications submitted for beds, services,
    9  or programs having a like certificate-of-need methodology or
   10  licensing category in the same planning horizon and the same
   11  applicable district or subdistrict. This section is repealed
   12  July 1, 2017.
