    3         Delete line 26
    4  and insert:
    5  633.206. A local law, ordinance, or regulation may not limit the
    6  frequency of rentals or set a minimum stay requirement for a
    7  vacation rental of greater than 7 days. This subsection does not
    8  apply to any local law, ordinance, or regulation adopted on or
    9  before June 1, 2011.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 4
   14  and insert:
   15         amending s. 509.032, F.S.; prohibiting a local law,
   16         ordinance, or regulation from limiting the frequency
   17         of rentals or setting a minimum stay requirement for a
   18         vacation rental of greater than 7 days; providing an
   19         exception for certain laws, ordinances, or
   20         regulations; removing the preemption
