    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 69 - 91
    4  and insert:
    5  hydrocodone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of an
    6  isomer thereof, or 14 grams or more of any mixture containing
    7  any such substance, commits a felony of the first degree, which
    8  felony shall be known as “trafficking in hydrocodone,”
    9  punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
   10  If the quantity involved:
   11         a. Is 14 grams or more, but less than 28 grams, such person
   12  shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment
   13  of 3 years and shall be ordered to pay a fine of $50,000.
   14         b. Is 28 grams or more, but less than 50 grams, such person
   15  shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment
   16  of 7 years and shall be ordered to pay a fine of $100,000.
   17         c. Is 50 grams or more, but less than 200 grams, such
   18  person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of
   19  imprisonment of 15 years and shall be ordered to pay a fine of
   20  $500,000.
   21         d. Is 200 grams or more, but less than 30 kilograms, such
   22  person shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of
   23  imprisonment of 25 years and shall be ordered to pay a fine of
   24  $750,000.
   25         3. A person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures,
   26  delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in
   27  actual or constructive possession of, 7 grams or more of
   28  oxycodone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of an isomer
   29  thereof, or 7 grams or more of any mixture containing any such

   33  And the title is amended as follows:
   34         Delete lines 5 - 17
   35  and insert:
   36         delivers, or brings into this state, or who is
   37         knowingly in actual or constructive possession of,

   39         derivative, isomer, or salt of an isomer thereof, or
   40         any mixture containing any such substance, commits the
   41         offense of trafficking in hydrocodone; providing
   42         criminal penalties; providing that a person who
   43         knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or
   44         brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual
   45         or constructive possession of, specified quantities of
   46         oxycodone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of
   47         an isomer thereof, or any mixture containing any such
