    6  This subparagraph does not prevent an insurer from charging a
    7  supplemental premium that is not unfairly discriminatory for a
    8  separate rider voluntarily requested by the insurance applicant
    9  to insure a firearm or a firearm collection whose value exceeds
   10  the standard policy coverage, nor does the subparagraph prevent
   11  the sharing of information between an insurance company and its
   12  licensed insurance agent, for the purposes of underwriting and
   13  issuing such coverage.
