    5         Section 7. Section 776.052, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         776.052 Threatened use of force.—
    8         When a person may lawfully use force in self-defense, the
    9  discharge of a firearm as a warning and without the intent to
   10  cause harm and without causing harm to another is a threat to
   11  use force, not the use of deadly force.
