    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public school personnel evaluation;
    3         delaying the implementation of personnel evaluation
    4         procedures conducted for purposes of awarding
    5         contracts and providing performance pay; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Implementation of public school personnel
   11  evaluation procedures.—Notwithstanding any provision of law or
   12  rule to the contrary, the implementation of public school
   13  personnel evaluation procedures provided under ss. 1012.34 and
   14  1012.3401, Florida Statutes, conducted for purposes of contract
   15  award, renewal, or nonrenewal or for providing performance pay
   16  according to the performance salary schedule under s. 1012.22,
   17  Florida Statutes, shall first be implemented at the close of the
   18  2015-2016 school year and annually thereafter.
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
