       Economic Development (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 29 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5  is used as required in s. 316.618(4)(a) and the child:
    6         a. is being transported gratuitously by an operator who is
    7  not a member of the child’s immediate family;
    8         b. is being transported in a medical emergency situation
    9  involving the child; or
   10         c. has a medical condition which necessitates an exception
   11  as evidenced by appropriate documentation from a health
   12  professional.
