       (Grimsley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 188
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) The victim advocate on the multidisciplinary team may
    6  veto the decision of the team when the team determines that the
    7  person does not meet the definition of a sexually violent
    8  predator. In such cases, the department will provide the
    9  recommendation of the multidisciplinary team and the
   10  determination of the victim advocate to the state attorney.
