    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 217 - 223
    4  and insert:
    5  the covered property up to replacement cost;
    6         (e) As to the peril of flood, does not cover:
    7         1. Additional living expenses;
    8         2. Personal property or contents; or
    9         3. Law and ordinance coverage. However, an insurer must
   10  offer law and ordinance coverage that is comparable to the law
   11  and ordinance coverage offered in the standard NFIP policy;
   12         (f) Provides coverage to an insured that is in addition to
   13  the minimum coverage required by this section; or
   14         (g) Provides coverage designed to supplement an insured’s
   15  coverage with the NFIP or coverage under a policy from an
   16  insurer that meets the requirements of this part.
