       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 104 and 105
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
    6  48.193, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         48.193 Acts subjecting person to jurisdiction of courts of
    8  state.—
    9         (1)
   10         (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection,
   11  a penalty, order, or fine imposed or issued by an agency of any
   12  other state is shall not be enforceable against any person or
   13  entity incorporated or having its principal place of business in
   14  this state if where such other state does not provide a
   15  mandatory right of review of such agency decision in a state
   16  court of competent jurisdiction.
