       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (956228) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 48 - 63
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 3. Paragraph (m) of subsection (1) of section
    7  494.00255, Florida Statutes, is reeenacted and paragraph (y) is
    8  added to that subsection, to read:
    9         494.00255 Administrative penalties and fines; license
   10  violations.—
   11         (1) Each of the following acts constitutes a ground for
   12  which the disciplinary actions specified in subsection (2) may
   13  be taken against a person licensed or required to be licensed
   14  under part II or part III of this chapter:
   15         (m) In any mortgage transaction, violating any provision of
   16  the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as amended,
   17  12 U.S.C. ss. 2601 et seq.; the federal Truth in Lending Act, as
   18  amended, 15 U.S.C. ss. 1601 et seq.; or any regulations adopted
   19  under such acts.
   20         (y) Pursuant to an investigation by the Mortgage Testing
