       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 303 and 304
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (7) of section 311.101, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         311.101 Intermodal Logistics Center Infrastructure Support
    8  Program.—
    9         (7) Beginning in fiscal year 2014-2015, at least 2012-2013,
   10  up to $5 million per year shall be made available from the State
   11  Transportation Trust Fund for the program. The Department of
   12  Transportation shall include projects proposed to be funded
   13  under this section in the tentative work program developed
   14  pursuant to s. 339.135(4). This subsection expires on July 1,
   15  2020.
