    3         Delete lines 5827 - 5841
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Beginning July 1, 2015, a pari-mutuel permitholder may
    6  possess slot machines and conduct slot machine gaming at its
    7  facility pursuant to this chapter and department rule if the
    8  pari-mutuel permitholder:
    9         (a) Is operating a facility located in a county in which a
   10  majority of voters have approved slot machines at such
   11  facilities in a countywide referendum held concurrently with a
   12  general election in which the offices of President and Vice
   13  President of the United States were on the ballot; and
   14         (b) Has conducted at least 250 live performances for 10
   15  consecutive calendar years immediately preceding its application
   16  for a slot machine license the location where the pari-mutuel
   17  permitholder is authorized to conduct pari-mutuel wagering
   18  activities pursuant to such permitholder’s valid pari-mutuel
   19  permit provided that a majority of voters in a countywide
   20  referendum have approved slot machines at such facility in the
   21  respective county.
