       Senator Legg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (143520) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 484 - 491
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 32. For the 2014-2015 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $1,034,965 in recurring funds and $11,319 in nonrecurring funds
    7  from the General Revenue Fund, and $70,800 in recurring funds
    8  from the Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund, are appropriated
    9  to the Department of Children and Families, and 18 full-time
   10  equivalent positions with associated salary rate of 608,446 are
   11  authorized, for the purpose of implementing the regulatory
   12  provisions of this act.
