    6  SERVICES.–Each person providing child welfare services who is
    7  employed by the department, a sheriff’s office, or a community
    8  based care lead agency or subcontractor is required to earn and
    9  maintain a professional certification from a professional
   10  credentialing entity that is approved by the department.
