The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 282             Provides $1.5 million of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2242A          Trust Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         for the Oviedo Amphitheater in the City of Oviedo. 
                         Decreases funding provided to the department for 
                         Economic Development Tools by $1.5 million from the 
                         SEED Trust Fund.
