On Page: 361             Provides $50,000 from nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of State for Historic 
Spec App: 3113A          Preservation for the Tampa Baseball Museum at the Al 
                         Lopez House in Ybor City. Decreases the Economic 
                         Development Tools in the Department of Economic 
                         Opportunity by $50,000 from the General Revenue 
                         Fund.
