The Committee on Appropriations (Bradley) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 04              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 118             This amendment provides $100,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue to train judges and staff on how to 
Spec App:  731           address co-occurring disorders in the criminal 
                         justice system.  It decreases funds from the 
                         Department of Corrections' fixed capital outlay 
                         appropriation category in a like amount.
