                         funds from the University of Central Florida 
Spec App:  143           Modeling, Simulation and Training Program Expansion 
                         to the University of West Florida Haas Center for 
                         Business Research and Economic Development for a 
                         study of academic and financial implications of 
                         earlier versus later school start times.
